Using the game
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game on devices you own or control, for your own enjoyment. You can't sell, rent or redistribute the game, or copy, decompile or modify it except where the law says you may.
If you got the game from Google Play or the App Store, that store's terms apply too. If those terms conflict with these, the store's terms win for anything about the store.
Coins and items
Coins, seeds, flowers and other things in the game have no real-world value. They can't be exchanged for money and aren't your property; they're part of the licence above. The current version has no purchases. If that changes, these terms will cover them before they go on sale.
Early versions
The game is still being made. Before the public beta, an update may reset your garden, and features, balance and prices in coins will change. We'll try to say so in the update notes.
Playing fair
Please don't cheat in ways that would affect other players once the game has shared features, such as leaderboards or trading, or interfere with the game's servers once it has them. We may remove progress gained that way.
What belongs to whom
The game, its art, music, code and name belong to t-sqrd. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License. Screenshots and videos you make of your own garden are yours to share, as long as you don't claim the game as your own or use them to sell something.
No guarantees
The game is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the game. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms as the game grows. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters, the game will tell you before it applies.
